The Bridge Amenity Center is one of the final pieces to the master planned community, Windsong Ranch. It is also the third amenity center in the community grounds, with the first two having been completed some years earlier. The challenge was to create a space that is much newer in design without departing from the overall look and feel. (A bridge between old and new, if you’ll allow me the pun.)
Various space plans were drafted and furniture was selected with the intent to accommodate the multi-functioning space. When used for its everyday casual intent, the furniture could be adjusted as needed, and the architectural features shine. When the space calls for a more formal event and banquet furniture is set up, trim details become more prevalent to help “dress-up” the space.
We decided on using Windsong Ranch’s branding colors throughout the space to drive home the continuity among the amenity spaces, and created an LED RBG-lit acoustic ribbon as an interpretation of the Windsong logo.
Construction is estimated to be completed in December 2024.
