Casa Lucero sits at the tip of the iceberg of the master planned community, Estrella. While the building itself was designed and crafted like an art commission, it lacked the necessary information to hold up as the welcome center. We were contracted to update the space in a way that respected the existing building and make apparent the alluring appeal so many love about Estrella.

The space dedicated to the Welcome Center is quite small. Creativity was key in delivering all the necessary information to guests without cluttering the space.
Named as the designer on the project, I used the natural features of the landscape to help create a subtle theme for the space. The mountains appear as graphics, silhouettes, and text to drive home the layers of landscape you find outside the city.
